Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?
According to the product documentation, there should be a tab for converting a quote into a job next to the "Generate PDFs" tab. As you can see from the screenshot, there is no tab:
Is there some setting I have to change to make the tab visible?
I updated to the most recent version and there has been no change. Why is there a menu item for "Change Status" with an option for "Accepted," but this doesn't create a job based on the translation data? What other outcome is possible for an accepted quote? Right now, I have to re-enter the job data as a new job and move the documents from the quote folder to the job folder. Is this error being done on purpose so I will upgrade?

In the list of quotes, don't you see such buttons:
The allow to create a job from a quote. In the same manner, when you open a quote itself, you should see this:
I just tested this with a quote I had prepared but not sent. If I went into "Change Status" and clicked on "Accepted," The "Sent" in the "Status" column changed to "Accepted." However, there was no job created for this client.
Your second graphic "Quote 0001. . ." does not appear when I open a quote. I only get "Edit Quote" with no taskbar to accept a quote etc.
How were you able to bring up this window? I have the client open with the quote tab prominent. When I click on a particular quote, I only get "Edit Quote," I don't get the screen you show above. Why is this so??
