I don't see my license under licenses in my account page.
Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?

Could you please also check mine? I do not see it either, although I purchased BaccS nearly two years ago and now wish to switch to v5 but cannot find installation files nor the license number in my SDL Account. I received the message saying that I do have a license as a previous user of BaccS. Please let me know how I should go about this. Thanks!

If you purchased this through ProZ then you won't see it in an SDL account. Caertainly there is nothing in your account and you are not in the list of users we have for customers who purchased direct from BaccS. Do you have the details from your original purchase if you didn't purchase through ProZ? You can sent it to pfilkin@sdl.com if so.

You're in luck... Eugene saw this and checked the list. You are on the list, but with a different email address. I checked in our systems for BaccS under the same email address (not the same as the one you are using here) and you do have a licence in there.
You must have had an email sent to your other email address, see if you can check that. If you can't please drop me an email to pfilkin@sdl.com and we can sort this out.

I bought it directly from Eugene sometime ago.
The problem is most likely that you have two email addrersses. You have the one you used to purchase from Eugene, and the one you use for your SDL Account. I just checked and found the user who is probably you and I also found a licence under the SDL account using this same email address.
You must have received a notification for this to your other email address. Please check that account too. Drop me an email at pfilkin@sdl.com and we can discuss this.

I am running iBaccs 4.14 and I wanted to update. I bought the license to Eugene at the very beginning, on 25 march 2017, with the email of my SDL account, althoug I never got an email from SDL neither I can found my license on my account.
Can you help me with this issue?
