I usually open Trados business Manager (Essential) without problems and produce invoices every moths. This week suddenly I can no longer log into the program and it prompts me for a username and password. I don't know if some automatic upgrades ran in this last week.
Obviously I have tried Admin and User@TBM and it doesn't work, I have tried my email as the user name and the usual password. Then I tried reset the password from the general account in the website, but that didn't work. Maybe I get the username wrong? Where can I find it?
How can I get back into the program and produce invoices?
