Well, a bit confusing I'm trying to help here with any questions except sales, packages, pricing, etc.

Lite version was paid once once, then it became free. And I think (not fully sure), that this upgrade package was available for paid users, but it is not available now.

There is no upgrade possibility from the free app Trados Business Manager Lite. There is also no upgrade possibility from Baccs Desktop.

At the moment an upgrade Trados Business Manager Essentials (v 6) is only available to users who own a paid version of Trados Business Manager 5 Lite. Otherwise, you would need to purchase Trados Business Manager Essentials directly from the Store: https://www.trados.com/store/
