I have taken out a subscription to SDL because a client required it. However, aside from being hugely complex and user-unfriendly, the software doesn't work properly. I cannot confirm all segments in Trados and need to export a package to Wordfast Pro or Cafetran to do so. It's the same whether I try in the application or online.
ps. In the first project I tried, I confirmed segments online but that didn't carry over to the application. In the second, I just stuck with the app and could confirm segments aside from the final one.

Can you please confirm if you still have issues?
Were the online projects created in your account, or in the account of the customer.
There is a small delay, and you need to close the Online Editor before opening and syncronising it locally.
