Ever since I accepted a Trados Team Tenant account creation, the in-site pop-up of Trados Copilot screen just loads. No box to talk with the Al appears.

Can you please confirm if you have a valid Trados Team subscription or are you using it from sone other organisation.
Please note that you need to have a Trados Studio license for Cloud resources to work or be part of a Trados Team account.
If you are part of a Trados Team account, you should contact the Administrator of the account or the Support User to raise a support ticket.

In this case, please contact the Administrator of that account and report the issue. It might be caused by how the account is set up or by some other settings or user profiles.
Trados Team Accounts also have Support included, and they would be able to raise a case to the Support team, if it is not something linked to your user rights/profile.

The Administrator of that account wrote to me that the copilot is basically useless so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Thanks Olav - I would beg to differ but it's OK . If you want to learn about the platform, the Copilot is an excellent place as you can ask any question related to the product there, but maybe that aspect is not so relevant for you or the account admin at this stage. Thanks, Daniel
