I have been looking for over an hour to tell somewhere or someone that I would like to cancel my SDL Language cloud subscription. I'm spinning like a top from a site to another without finding a solution but asking here in this forum.
How to do? Where to go to unsubscribe? Included in this suscription shouldn't I have the possibility to use the SDL Machine Translation Cloud ? It has never worked and also says that there is no subscription at all, as you can see from the screenshots below.

No active subscription is available . Detection failed. WHY?
It has become more and more difficult to navigate the SDL sites to find a solution or to address to someone for help and I I've even given up on trying to make better use of the products I have and just prefer to get rid of them.
