Importing a Termbase from SDL 2021 to Live - error message

Hi! I converted my termbase to an excel file and then tried to import to the cloud and received the following message:

Validation exception. Please contact support. 422 Warning

Error message:

    Hi! I have exactly the same error when I tried to do that too.

    Does it have to do with using the advanced template in Live?

    I received the same error ("VALIDATION_EXCEPTION") when I created a multiterm TB using the same advanced template downloaded from SDL Trados Live and tried to import a mtf file.
