RWS Language Cloud - "You do not have sufficient entitlements[...]" issue since yesterday.

Hi everyone,

A while ago we created a termbase shared with multiple translation teams. It had been online for a few years but yesterday we noticed the access had been revoked. This was the error message shown when trying to access the link (that had been accessible since its creation).

RWS Language Cloud error message stating 'You do not have sufficient entitlements available to perform this action. Please contact the administrator of the account.' with a warning icon and an OK button.

From the account used to create the termbase we could see this was not related to the expiration date of the shared link (which had happened to us before) and there was little we could do to solve the issue. This happened in two termbases created from the same account on the same date.

I tried creating a new termbase and after sharing the link, some of the translators confirmed they could access once but when trying again, the same error popped up.

Could you please let us know if this is something related to our RWS service or if we need to do something on our profile to avoid this from happening?
