The internal monitoring system did not log any issues related to the account login in the past few days.
I think that the issue is locally related.

Jose Fernandes, have you tried with a different browser? You can also try to clear the browsing history and cache: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000003376

I manage to solve the problem. Had to enable scripts in Internet Explorer (although I don't use IE as my browser).
