I get "You do not have the appropriate permissions to create cloud projects." I have the Studio 2022 Freelance version. I confirm that I am logging in with my cloud account, and when cloud opens, I can see the green bar at the top of the screen with 'Dashboard', 'Resources', 'Users', and 'Terminology'.
I can see this has happened to several others, but I still haven't been able to figure out how so solve it. :)
