DeepL plugin not available in Trados Live even though it is installed - urgent help needed

Hello

We are encountering a problem with our DeepL plugin in Trados Live when creating a new project.

When we try to add the DeepL machine translation plugin to the project, we get the following screen - we installed the plugin a while ago and we still could use the plugin until a few hours ago.

However it seems not to be available right now. Is it due to a connection problem? Or is there an issue with our installation?

Are you still encountering the DeepL Add-on issue? In the past few weeks there were a few DeepL Add-on updates and probably because of these you were experiencing the issues.

If the issue still occurs, can you share the account ID so I can check internally for any issues? You can find this information in Language Cloud -> User -> Manage account -> Language Cloud account number.
