It is ridiculous that since I inserted this notification no one is interested in it, although it is still impossible to add Amazon Translate plugin to cloud template. In addition, can not use it locally either because it does not work either.

Preventing questions: the bills I have paid and seret access key is valid and checked.

These are the basic functionalities of the cloud and the company , which for many years has been selling such an advanced CAT prhgram can not fix the basic functionalities, which are working translation engines used in the daily work of every translator!!!

I have installed this new version of RWS App store Amazon Tranalste plug-in on my cloud account, I still cannot add it to the cloud template. It does not show on the list, desipite on the list of installed pligin-ins it is seen all rigth, and credentials are veryfied.

A strange thing happened. I added the DeepL engine to the cloud template and then Amazon Translate added itself automatically. It seems that the problem with adding Amazon Translate occurs only when there is no other engine added before.

What is a bit confusing from your comments is how this post is very much about the Language Cloud platform which uses AddOns, like Amazon Machine Translation Provider for RWS Language Cloud. But then you mention plugins which actually would be Amazon Translate MT provider for Trados Studio.

So I am going to ignore the plugin comments and simply say we released an update for Amazon Machine Translation Provider for RWS Language Cloud.
Please log back into your Language Cloud platform and ensure you have the latest update, 1.0.14.

At no point in my post do I mention Trados Studio local plug-ins. Everywhere I write about cloud portal plug-ins (add-ons).
Anyway, as I mentioned, after adding the DeepL engine to the cloud template, the Amazon Translate engine added itself. I haven't updated it yet, but I think it would be worth checking if the new version of the cloud plugin allows it to be added to the template in the absence of other engines.
