I set all the right parameters for the QA checker and it is working fine for EN-US to FR-FR pair but when working in EN-CAD to FR-CAD it is like the QA checker feature is not activated, while all is fine in my setup. Any idea? Thanks.

How did you manage your QA settings. As default under File Options or in a project Template.
In what way are the QA settings working correctly when doing US-FR?
In what way are the QA settings not working correctly then when doing FR to CA?
Some detail on what specifically concerns you may help me identify the cause and how best to proceed
