If that does not help, then please check:

• Does your TM have a yellow warning sign
  • If yes have you tried to run the recommended upgrade?
• Have you tried to Recompute Fuzzy Index / Re-Index TM?
• Can you run an export into TMX?

Hi Lydia!

Oh, thank you so much for all your suggestions! I will try them and get back to you.

I tried to upgrade, but it was not completed, there was an error message saying it was corrupted. I will try first tp delete the xml files and them to export the memory.
