Error message "Service Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService"

Question

Could you possible help me? My Trados is sending me the error message "Service Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService " could not be started. 
 
 i have a big project due today. i am not sure what caused this issue. When I restarted my computer yesterday there was a message and a process connected with preparing Windows, so I don't know if perhaps some update occurred. 
 Thank you for any help. I have also enclosed a photo of the error message.
