When i want to sign in to Trados Cloud, i get the message: Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud Account. When I try to create an RWS Language Cloud Account, I get the message: An account has already been linked to your organization. Nothing I can do. I wonder if anyone can help me out here.

Ah I'm sorry to read that. They fixed it for me the day after the ticket was opened. I don't know what they did or what the problem was, but suddenly I could log in. I hope you'll get helped soon.

They finally fixed it. The told me about a "dummy profile" (!?) It looks like someone at Trados created a temporary profile for me (I bought the license few weeks ago), and the person misspelled my email address. Consequently, they had to fix it themselves.
