Once you click the option to send the package by email, this opens your default email provider where you'll find the attached package. But this only means that it's down to your own choice to use the settings and customize your default provider as it opens outside Studio .So you can adapt the fonts, use logo, social media attachments etc when sending out the email as the settings in the emails are external to using Studio settings.

Thanks for your suggested answer, but is for styling the email content not amend the message template content. 

Below is the sample of sending out the project package, is it anyway to modified the email content (example attached analyze report and add-on customer name,...etc) and set it as default. (May refer reference link at bottom)

Is this features only available in Trados Business Manager?

Thanks for the clarity, I see now what you mean. I'm afraid the answer is stil no, there isn't a template to customize this part. 

But it would be great to have it, though - ;) - so you can add this suggestion to the Ideas forum, so it may have a chance to be looked at in future releases.
