If so, regardless if you are engaging with them or not, in which view are you in when Studio shuts down and what task are you trying to complete?

Hi,

I an using Windows 10 and it is fully updated. Studio shuts down in the Editor view when I am trying to go to the next segment.

I have the Antidote Verifier app installed.

Jean Bélair - does this shut down happen for all projects or is it specific?
What happens if you disable to Antidote? We need to establish if the shut down is app related or project related. 

If it is project / file specific - could you securely share it with us?

It might also be helpful to see if you can see anything being logged: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\logs

Studio was shutting down before the installation of Antidote, so it is not related to the app. The problem occurs in every project/file.

Do you recall seeing an error Value cannot be null?
Perhaps you can share your last log file following the path I provided

Are you using file based projects only or are some server projects?
Alternatively what happens if you access your project and project files with no NMT/TM integrated?

 I am using file based projects only. I have translation memories open.
