I have crated a new project.

2 documents to translate from EN to FR:  One .xlsm and 2nd is PPT

Translation memories ok / Termbases ok

When I perform Batch processing - Analysis - in order to evaluate word-count,  I receive this message error:

"Our cloud platform cannot process your request right now.  Try later"

(ps: I am logged in on my account)
