Excel (xlsx) file type problems: Can not create files from XLSX format at all and only must save to xls!

can you please help me with this issue? I am not able to create xliff files form XLSX files at all and I have no idea why! I have office 365 fully updated and the latest Studio 2022, and the Alpha edition too!

    Is your intention to create multilingual excel project (relying on the plugin) or on out the box excel file types that are support by default, Excel or Bilingual Excel.
    Check the file type being used when you create your next project.
