I have Trados Studio 2022. Got the message FAILED TO ADD WINDOWN COMMAND BAR EXTENSIONS all of the sudden.
I have reinstalled the software but the problem has not been solved.
I have updated windows.
I have changed folders names as instructed.
Nothing works.
Please help.
How do I buy a service package so that a service engineer fixes the issue as this is urgent for me.

I also have this issue this morning. I tried the fix in the link you provided, but on my computer, I don't see that path:
I only get the following: C:\Users\vb025633\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio
I also tried the resolutions provided in this link: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000004839
Resolution didn't work and, as for resolution 3, Windows is up to date on my laptop. For resolution 2, I don't see the file I need to rename.
I'm the only one in my team getting this message.
