Why is is so difficult to renew the subscription model of Studio 2022? My subscription ended yesterday, but I had no warning, so I woke up to a Studio 2022 that stopped working while I'm in the middle of an urgent project.
I was expecting a simple "Renew my Subscription" button (as with all other software on the market), but apparently I have to apply to have it renewed, and according to you chat agent, that can take up to 2 work days. I have reached out to you by chat, email and by filling out your renewal form, but no reply. So 2 days of stand still (facing consequences at my translation agencies), just because your subscription renewal process is so complicated. Is that your level of customer service at RWS? Is that what I'm paying 324€ a year for? Totally unacceptable. Please make this a simpler process, and please add a notice in Studio to warn the user, in good time, when the subscription is close to ending!
