After checking your account, I saw that the order from 2023 was for Trados Starter, a product that doesn't exist anymore. The order from 2024 was for a Trados Studio Freelance 1 year subscription, a different product with a different price. I don't have access to prices from 2024, but if you need more details, please email trados@rws.com.

I placed order #741327 on April 5, 2024, for a Trados Studio Freelance 12-month subscription license, and I was charged CAD 540. Could you please double-check the price and confirm whether this amount is correct or if I was overcharged?

The introduction of the Trados Studio Freelance subscription license enables a user to be able to install Trados Studio on any device, and to be able to log in from any one single device at a time. The subscription license also comes with cloud capabilities and enables a user to log into the cloud as well as their desktop license. It also has the added benefit of a user always being on the latest version of Trados Studio whilst they have a valid subscription and removes the need for a paid upgrade. You have also included Multiterm and Machine Translation subscription.
