Request for Refund – Trados Studio Purchase on March 22, 2025

I purchased Trados Studio on March 22, 2025. Unfortunately, I have not been able to achieve satisfactory translation results with the program. I have tried to find information about how to request a refund on your website, but I couldn’t locate any clear instructions.

Could you please guide me through the refund process or let me know how I can proceed?
