Since Windows updated automatically yesterday to Windows 11, version 24H2, I cannot use the QuickInsert function for feeding the glossaries I always use.
I Opened MultiTerm and it cannot open any Termbase. I receive a message that says Interface not compatible (Exception of HRESULT: Ox80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).
I use Trados Studio Freelance 2024 - 18.0.2.3255 and Multiterm 2024 18.0.2.3266

Please perform a Multiterm repair as indicated on the Workariund 1 here: - Repairing your installation of MultiTerm Desktop - RWS Customer Support. If this approach does not solve the problem, kindly continue with Workaround 2: Reset MultiTerm Desktop basic settings.

Thank you very much for the quick response. Solution 1 didn't work because there is no "Repair" option (some new Windows' feature?).
Solution 2 wasn't effective neither.
So I just downloaded MultiTerm again from my account, reinstalled it and...IT WORKS!
