Want to ask two questions. 1. I posess studio 2019. How to upgrade from 2019 to 2022 or 2024? 2. In 2019 studio, the fonts abruptly changes to abnormal one while working, which seems chinese character. Please help to fix this error.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to upgrade to the latest version from the legacy versions of Trados Studio 2007/2009/2011/2014/2015/2017/2019.
You need to purchase a new license of the latest Trados Studio Freelance edition – either as a perpetual license or a yearly subscription, from the Trados Store.
