So you do this do disconnect all the dotted lines leaving only solid lines?
Then run the realignment:
When I do this the dotted lines I cleared are now dotted again, as expected, and the solid lines are still solid, as expected.
I think we'll need some steps from you to be able to understand what the problem is.
