No way to finalize deactivation nor activate either online or offline

Question

I do not know why but after purchasing an update (1+1) of SDL Trados 2017, the programm decided to deactivate itself without any previous advice. I cannot finalize the deactivation neither online nor offline and I am just stuck now. May you be so kind to reset my licenses? Nothing seems to work. Thank you!

The way to do is through the licensing team. But as it's Easter weekend I have just reset your licences. I note this seems to have also been done a few days ago so if you are still having problems after this you will need to contact the licensing team on Tuesday I think.
