Hello Paul, I followed your advice, but I don't have any "available upgrades" on my account since I am supposedly using my upgrade, but when I tried to use my Trados it asks me for an activation code, which I provide from my account and the only message I get is "Activation failed...(please see screenshot). I upgraded 3/21/17 and my activation code should work, but it really doesn't. Could you please check my account and see what really is going on? I also tried uninstalling my Trados Studio 2017 plus and reinstalling again to no avail. Thanks,

Paul has asked me to step in and help you further with this.

I have taken a look at your account just to check the situation.

Your account appears to show that both 2017 license activation's are already in use (last activation on the 21st MARCH)

Due to the date of installation 21st March and the EXPECTED expiry date of the TRIAL, I am just wondering whether the software is indeed correctly activated and the trial period notice is some sort of false notice.

I can also see you have been in contact with my colleague (Luis) in the states previously, therefore could I just confirm that you have installed the software locally on your (PC) machine and are not using a domain server or installing the software on something like dropbox/google drive etc..

Fist of all though to be on the safe side, please simply request a license reset-
