I upgraded from Trados Studio Freelance plus 2014 to Trados Studio 2017 freelance plus. The system gave me a trial version that I used for a month. Now I try to activate using the activation code provided but it the syste says I have no licenses available.

I upgraded from Trados Studio Freelance plus 2014 to Trados Studio 2017 freelance plus. The system gave me a trial version that I used for a month. Now I try to activate using the activation code provided but it doesn't do anything, it only says that my activation is not allowed because my allowed quantity is zero.  I am loosing business, please help.

    Paul has asked me to step in and help you further with this.

    I have taken a look at your account just to check the situation.

    Your account appears to show that both 2017 license activation's are already in use (last activation on the 21st MARCH)

     

     

    Due to the date of installation 21st March and the EXPECTED expiry date of the TRIAL, I am just wondering whether the software is indeed correctly activated and the trial period notice is some sort of false notice.

     

    I can also see you have been in contact with my colleague (Luis) in the states previously, therefore could I just confirm that you have installed the software locally on your (PC) machine and are not using a domain server or installing the software on something like dropbox/google drive etc..

    Fist of all though to be on the safe side, please simply request a license reset-
