There was indeed a few problems today but these have all been resolved.  You can actually reset your own licence, and seeing as Dalibor hasn't told us what version he's using here's the instructions for them all:

Use this KB article for 2007/2009 ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Use this KB article for 2011/2014 ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Use this KB article for 2015/2017 ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

No I didn't.  I just answered both of you at once, and these procedures allow you to reset your licence if you are unable to activate the software because it's already showing as active when it's not.  Probably less relevant to you but maybe useful in the future, as this is the most common licensing problem people have, and worth bookmarking.
