To be able to access the App store, you must have a license registered under your name/account.
It appears that you have created two accounts with us, but maybe dont have your own license (Freelance or higher).
If you are a student, please contact your lecturer who may allow access to the App store via the University account.

Can you provide the order number please, then I can trace this back to the account-
Currently the two accounts I can see (beginning li and 56) do NOT have any licenses attached and will therefore not allow you to access the App store.
When you try and download the app- you need to be logged in (with registered account log in where the license is stored), then a license check is made to ensure you have the correct license.
If any of these details are incorrect the download will fail.
