Perhaps this is not the right place for this question but I could not find any other place to ask.
I have istalled a trial version of Trados 2019 a few days ago, and now I've just bought the "real" one.
Must I uninstall the trial version before installing the real one, o no?
If no one can answer, could you kindly explain to me how to do to ask this question.

How are you trying to connect to the language cloud-
You should do this as follows- via Project Settings
If you are still having problems- could you please post some screen shots that will help us see where the issue is arising.

Okay, thanks. I didn't try to add the SDL Language Cloud from the tight window.
Now I've tried to add it and connect to the language cloud as you showed, and here is the answer I get :
This is very strange for, I as said, I subscribed to the free package while I was using the trial version; and now, on the page https://languagecloud.sdl.com/translation-toolkit/#subscription, although I have bought a "real" version, they consider I'm still using the trial version (see the text underlined in yellow). Why?
Oh thanks for your help. Now I've changed my option. But I can't use the translation machines for the languages I need: I translate from Italian to French, and it seems the only machine available is for translating from any language into English.
This is what I've done:
In the Project settings, when I connect to the Language cloud, a new window is displayed : I click on the button "Gérer les moteurs adaptatifs" (top right), which opens another new window.
Then I click on the button "Nouveau moteur adaptatif" => new window, where I can select Italian for the source language, but there is no choice for the target one: only English (US). Here is the screenshot with all the windows:
Perhaps I made other mistakes... ?

Unfortunately this language pair (IT-FR) is not available in Language Cloud yet.
