The file to download for both versions (SDLTradosStudio2019_29074.exe) seems to be identical. I tried to remove the Pro version to no avail. What am I missing?

Good question. Having Studio Pro would suffice, of course. However, now that I want to go back to Studio 2019 Pro and leave Freelance 2019 for my second computer, I can't reinstall Studio Pro. I keep getting the same error message posted above. Would I need to log a case or try and remove, perhaps, some registry keys that are leftovers? Thanks.
