I am VERY FRUSTRATED

Is there really NO CUSTOMER SERVICE that could help me set up my trial version of Trados? I have wasted a total of almost 12 hours trying to feed my TM with old files, just to run into error after error. I can't waste time waiting for replies on the forums that take 14 or more hours to come through or waste any more time watching videos or searching through the tutorials. Please help talk to a real person to get this set up so I can honestly try the products before spending the money. I really want to see if this software will help me in my business, but so far I'm not impressed with how overwhelming it is to set it all up! Once I get something figured out, it seems to be a great software, but until then I'm pulling out my hair! I just spend 7 hours on aligning a document previously translated manually, only to have an error come up when its time to save. I can't move or I'll lose all my work!!! Please can I talk/chat with someone in real time?
