Studio 2019 wouldn't re-install with an error message

Dear Studio 2019 experts,

I came across an error message saying something like "the data file can't be found", which as a result won't let me start Studio. 

I tried to repair Studio to no avail, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall Studio 2019.  

Now when reinstalling Studio 2019, I came across another message (see attached image) which threw me out of the installation process.

Could someone tell me how to solve this issue so that I can finish re-installing Studio 2019?  I am now left without Studio 2019 on my computer...

    I removed all of Studio associated files as you suggested but unfortunately I still received the same error when I tried to reinstall Studio 2019.

    And uninstalling (before & after removing the Studio 2019 files) Remove suite of products was also unsuccessful with the same error message (see attached screenshot).

    Can we arrange a remote session and ask one of the support technician to look at my setup and hopefully get this sorted out?  Or maybe send me the most up-to-date link to download the version that would supersede whatever Studio 2019 files that still linger in my computer (after deleting all of the folders listed in your replyError message during Trados Studio 2019 uninstallation stating 'Setup has detected a different version of this product already exists. If you wish to continue to remove or repair that version, you must exit that version's installer.')?
