You can reset you4r own license by accessing your SDL account/Licenses- scrolling to Studio 2015 and clicking on return license-

You will then be able to use the same activation code in order to (re)-activate your machine.

I have also been unable to reset the license for you- so please log a license reset ticket-

(please select License reset option) tthe license team should then be able to resolve this for you.

Hello. I have a similar case but I don't seem to have the option "Return License". How should I proceed? Should I go on with offline deactivation or enter a Productivity Case?

If you can't do this then absolutley log a case.

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the second option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
