We are aware of a few instances where it has not been possible to register for and/or download the trial and are trying to pinpoint exactly what is causing this.
The problem appears to be originating from the system/OS default browser (not the same as your preferred installed browser) - but there is no consistent pattern amongst users at this time.
We are working on a solution to fix this, but in the meantime, please drop me an email (swhale@sdl.com) and I will provide you with an alternative method to download and install the Studio 2019 trial.

When posting a question in the community- I would always posting on a new thread if the existing one has been inactive more than a couple of days- as otherwise your posting could be overlooked.
Also, it's a good idea to 'tag' the person you are replying to (more at the end of post).
Could you please let me know the reasons why you cannot download?
An error messages?
Are you downloading onto a compatible PC with Windows 8/10 installed?
Could you provide please (privately to swhale@sdl.com) the emnail address you have used to tray and download the software.
