Single User using multiple seats on Network License

Hi

I've been having an issue on our company's network license. We currently have 5 seats for Trados Studio 2015 Professional, with 4 active users, all in the same office on the same network.

I often have team members getting kicked out of Trados Studio 2015 and getting a notification that there are no more seats available. When I check the Safenet License Manager, it shows all 5 seats being used, with a single user taking up two seats, even though that user only has 1 instance of Trados Studio open. The user with two seats used is also usually the one that is getting kicked.

Does anyone else have this issue?
