Hey there, I'm experiencing a lot of trouble with Trados Studio 2017, I haven't been able to start it for weeks.
- I've tried to uninstall / reiinstall
- I've tried to restore the previous version
- I've even renamed the roaming data folder
Still the same error message which says "une erreur inattendue s'est produite lors du chargement des plug-ins de l'application.
Can I get some help please ?

If that really doesn't help then log a support case.

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

Just tried to do everything which is told in the article and it turns out there isn't any PlugIn folder at all... Do you know what I shoud do in this case ?

I've tried that, too, but the folder is completely missing :/
That is not possible unless you have not installed Studio at all. Drop me an email, pfilkin@sdl.com, with your skype address and we can take a look at this together.
