After update to SR2 15.2.7.2849 (SDL Trados Studio 2019), it keeps CRASHING all the time.
How do I return to the previous and stable version until you fix this please?

Are you also running the most recent version of SDL MultiTerm 2019?
Maybe just confirm you have these?
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482
Also have you tried the reset that Adrian suggested?

Michael, my apologies: I thought I had updated from 15.05.56289 but, the -" Failed to create temporary folder: C:Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\_ir_tu2_temp_6 - message popped up and installation didn´t continue (same as when starting studio). I have just downloaded it and trying installation again.

This is suggesting something on your computer is responsible for this. I recommend you log a a support case as previously advised. But in the meantime please make sure that you have properly whitlelisted Studio/MultiTerm in your Anitivirus, and if you are using any other security software make sure it is not deleting files that Studio is trying to use while you are wroking with it.
