Could not find network location TT

Hi,

I'm trying to reinstall Studio 2017 on my Windows 7 PC but I get a "Could not find network location TT" and a "error 1603" error.

Here's the background: yesterday I didn't manage to generate a docx file after translating it. So I tried to update Studio 2017 SR1Build 14.1.10017.54688 to Build 14.1.10018.54792 in case it would solve the problem but I got the above mentioned error messages.

I was about to give up, but then I couldn't use Context search and TM search any more, and had this message: "Concordance search Failed: The type initializer for 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Plugins.WorldServerTranslationProvider.Api.WorldServerTranslationProvider' threw an [message truncated]

So I tried the following (from https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0030417):
- Uninstall legacy SDL WorldServer Components version (4.3.5265)
- Reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2017 CU18.
But I still couldn't install the update.

So I uninstalled Studio 2017 altogether and since it didn't work, I manually copied the contents of "C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL International\T2007\TT" in order to create
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SDL\T2007\TT\", as seen there: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/licensing/7121/error-1603-when-installing-and-updating-studio-2015-2015-sr2-after-windows-10-migration

But I still have the TT folder error message. Please help, I ran out of ideas and I have projects to complete, with no more Studio app!

Thanks a lot in advance
