This means you've uninstalled Studio 2017 without using the 'Remove Suite of Products' you can still see on your screen. So there is residual content on your system that is triggering a response that recognises it as still being present. Follow the advice given here:

Impossible to reinstall...

Hi Alison,

Many thanks for your advice.

When I try to reinstall manually using programs in C:ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2017\modules:

a message again asks to remove first higher version of the program. When I try to use the "Remove suite program" to uninstall a message tells that the version of the uninstaller is obsolete. So I am still stuck.

Should I deletee manually all studio related files in C:ProgramData\Package Cache\  ????
