I am using Windows 10 and Trados Studio 2017
After desinstallation of Trados Studio (becauseI could noy create new projects for some reason and I decided to reinstall) I got the message
When I checked in the application list and could not find Trados Studio
except fora Trados desinstallation file
Thank you in advance to advise me how to proceed.

Many thanks for your advice.
When I try to reinstall manually using programs in C:ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2017\modules:
a message again asks to remove first higher version of the program. When I try to use the "Remove suite program" to uninstall a message tells that the version of the uninstaller is obsolete. So I am still stuck.
Should I deletee manually all studio related files in C:ProgramData\Package Cache\ ????

I would wait till you receive an email about this from SDL Support, as Denise Baldwin of SDL has logged a case for you with Id : 00535939
They will email you on the email address you use for your SDL Community profile.
I'm sure they will sort it for you quickly!
