I bought my SDL Trados license on September 23. I used the activation code but when I try to login in the software (green button in the upper right corner called "Sign in"), this message pops up "Account with oos id 466173 not found". I restarted Trados but it didn't solve the problem. I also wrote in the SDL Live Chat but they told me to go here. What is more, I wrote in the SDL Community chat, but it was no use since it was an automatic reply.
