Error when deactivating license offline

Hello,

My computer died on me and I needed to deactivate my license (2021, purchased in August).

I received an deactivation code, but it doesn't work, I always get the following error message:

"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."

This link gets me to the support page, to either buy a support package or this group? I don't really want to have to buy support just for deactivating a license, does anyone have any idea?
