Hello.
I need to re-intall Trados from scratch, that’s why I have to return the license.
So, please guide me on how to uninstall Trados, download it again and actívate my license again.
When I first downloaded and activated Trados 2019, I had chosen the five permitted languages: Spanish Argentina (my native language) English UK, English USA, Italian and Spanish International.
Then, start practicing using the Getting Started Guide, provided with the purchase which I attached, I followed the steps and my configuration have changed to: Cornish UK and Spanish Argentina or Spanish USA and to package and Project to work with a server.
Now I can not re-establish my original configurations.
As you can see from that list I can not choose the language of my interest. This language list is of no use for my work.
Please, I need a step by step guide to restore my configurations or should it be posible that you do it remotely for me?
Looking forward for a solution to my issue.
