Hi, so I got this message as above out of nowhere (I haven't even changed any settings or such), and I'm unable to use Trados, while I need to hand in an urgen big translation by tomorrow - please help.
I've raised this with the licensing team so they should be in touch in due course.

I've got the exact same problem here. Could you reset my license? There are no agent available online.

Mélanie, what solved my problem was resetting manually via my SDL account; you could try the same, I can help you if needed. Good luck!
Yes, that's why I tried to do but I got this message: "You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team."
It has already happened to me several times so I can no longer reset it myself. I have to wait the team resets it for me, but thank you for your help! :)
I have reset your license and you should now be able to reactivate it without any problems.
Please go to your SDL Account at: https://oos.sdl.com
Log in with your email and password
Select "Licenses"
You will see your License available to reactivate there.
