Hi.
I purchased a freelance license a few months ago and installed it on my computer without any problem.
About a month later I got a new computer and had to reset my license and had no problem at all.
I also had no problem when I reset my license the 3rd time when I had to initialize my window on my computer.
The resetting problem occurred today when I tried to reset my license again which is the fourth time after I initialized my Window again due to security issue.
I could not see the "Reset license" button this time in my account.
Please let me know what I should do.
I never deactivated my license before I initialized Window.
Is this the cause of the problem?
